Dark Varsity Digital is operated by Dark Varsity LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Dark Varsity LLC.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, your email address and anything you include, such as campaign details, social media handles or links to your work.
- Technical information. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically receives basic details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and there are no accounts to create on this site.
Cookies and outside services
This site doesn’t set cookies of its own. It relies on a few outside services, each with its own privacy policy:

How we share information

How long we keep it
We keep emails, and what’s in them, for as long as we need to respond, to manage any work that follows, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@darkvarsitydigital.com. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have further rights under local law, and we’ll respond to requests as those laws require.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you’re under 18 and interested in representation, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Security
We use established providers and reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no way of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Other websites
This site links to creators’ social media profiles and other sites we don’t control. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Where information is processed
We’re based in the United States. Information you send us is processed in the U.S. and wherever our service providers operate.
